Drive your car outside the gate, return to the property, leave the key on the table and shut the door behind you. Our team arrives at 11:00.

Auto-Lock Warning
Auto-lock warning
🔑 The entrance door locks automatically. Always take your key with you when stepping out and never leave it in the inside lock. Lockout assistance requires a technician and incurs an additional charge.
General
House Rules
No smoking inside the property. Terrace only.
No pets unless agreed in writing before booking.
Max 9 guests. No additional overnight visitors.
Quiet hours 11 PM – 8 AM. No parties without prior approval.
Recycling — separate glass, plastic & general waste.
Save water — it’s precious on the Costa Blanca.
Close windows & doors when A/C is running to save energy. Excessive use may result in additional charges.
Lock up gate & front door when leaving the property.
Pool & Terrace
Outdoor Areas
No glass near the pool. Strictly plastic cups only.
Children must be supervised at all times near the pool.
BBQ: Clean after use. Cleaning products are in the lower BBQ drawer.
Strong winds: Secure chairs and sun loungers on the terrace to prevent tipping and damage.

Strictly indoors only. Do not use for makeup removal. Not for pet use. Never take outside or to the beach.

Accidents & Damage
What if something breaks?
Minor Wear & Tear
e.g. a broken plate or two glasses — usually no fee, but please tell us so we can restock.
Major Damage
e.g. broken furniture, smashed vases — negligence or intentional acts require compensation.
Crucial Rule:
You must report all damages. Unreported damages discovered after departure result in an automatic financial charge to your account.

Only designated beach loungers (if provided) may be taken to the beach. All other outdoor furniture stays on the property.

Is there a security deposit? ▾
Yes — €250 for apartments. Charged automatically 1–2 days before arrival and refunded the day after departure. Funds return within 3 working days.
Can I get a late check-out? ▾
Possibly — message us at least 24 hours in advance. Subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
Is the pool heated? ▾
The pool has a heating system available October–May. In summer it’s naturally warm. Ask us to activate in advance if needed.
Where do I park? ▾
Private parking for 2 cars inside the gated property. Use the black remote on your key ring to open the gate. Free street parking also available 100m away.
Where do I put the rubbish? ▾
Bins are at the end of the street, ~100m from the property. Separate bins for glass, plastic/cartons, and general waste. Daily collection.
Can I cancel my booking? ▾
Each case is reviewed individually. Cancellations 90+ days in advance may receive a full refund. For shorter notice in high season the 30% deposit is non-refundable.
Is there a washing machine? ▾
Yes — in the utility room next to the kitchen. Detergent provided. See How-to Videos for programme instructions.
Can I pay in cash? ▾
Yes, up to a maximum of €1,000 (Spanish law). Any remaining balance must be paid by card or bank transfer.
